En tant que **collaborateur.trice chargé.e** de la gestion des processus à l'**Administration générale de la Trésorerie (AGTRES)**, vous participez au développement, à la gestion et à l'optimisation des processus et assumerez, entre autres, les tâches suivantes:
- Vous construisez et/ou maintenez à jour la documentation des processus en coopération avec le business.
- Vous dessinez les processus à l'aide de BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Vous appliquez les critères de qualité établis au sein de la plateforme BPMN du SPF Finances.
- Vous publiez la documentation des processus afin que tous les employés d'AGTRES puissent effectuer leurs tâches correctement.
- Vous réalisez des analyses de processus en collaboration avec l'équipe Maîtrise de l’organisation, en recherchant les possibilités d'amélioration et en vous efforçant d'optimiser le fonctionnement des processus.
- Vous jouez un rôle actif dans les projets d'amélioration des processus (LEAN, etc.).
- Vous participez et contribuez au réseau du BPMN du SPF Finances.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et êtes motivé.e pour apprendre. Vous vous tenez au courant de l'évolution du domaine et vous partagez les connaissances et les idées acquises avec les collègues.

En tant qu'acteur public central du monde financier, l'Administration générale de la Trésorerie prend ses responsabilités pour relever les défis actuels et futurs. La Trésorerie est la plus petite administration du SPF Finances, c’est une petite famille avec des collègues sympas qui prendront le temps de t'aider et à t'épanouir dans ton travail.
La mission de l’Administration générale de la Trésorerie, est de gérer les engagements financiers de l'État et d'assurer le financement de ces derniers.
Un petit aperçu de ses compétences:
- Participer au processus d'élaboration et de préparation de la législation financière : nos juristes rédigent des lois qui ont un impact majeur sur le fonctionnement de l'Etat.
- Centraliser les recettes et les dépenses du Trésor belge : nous sommes en quelque sorte le grand comptable de l'Etat
- Offrir des services de gestion de fonds de tiers : vous pouvez ainsi confier à la Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations des avoirs dormants, des garanties locatives et autres consignations.
- Représenter l'État dans les relations européennes, internationales et bilatérales en matière de finances. Saviez-vous que certains de nos collaborateurs sont élus pour nous représenter dans les banques de développement afin de discuter d'importantes questions transversales ?
- Nous gérons la Monnaie royale de Belgique. La création de pièces commémoratives se fait donc chez nous
- Contribuer à la lutte contre la fraude financière et le financement du terrorisme : notre administration a contribué au gel des avoirs russes, de loin le montant le plus important de tous les pays européens.
- Gérer le système de garantie des dépôts et des instruments financiers. Saviez-vous que le fonds de garantie protège vos avoirs jusqu'à 100.000 €, en cas de faillite d'une banque ?

- Business process modeling (modélisation des processus et/ou description des processus avec une méthodologie standard)

Comme vous travaillerez dans un environnement bilingue, la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
