- en multilaterale gesubsidieerde projecten met industriële spelers en onderzoekscentra. De groep “Public R&D Policies and Programs” is verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van alle funding activiteiten op imec. Dit omvat zowel front office activiteiten zoals het verzekeren van de deelname van imec aan strategisch belangrijke projecten als de elektronische indiening van de projecten, het opzetten van de nodige samenwerkingsovereenkomsten met de projectpartners en het ondersteunen van lopende projecten. Het opvolgen van het Vlaamse, Europese en internationaal funding beleid in onze verschillende expertises.
- Je bent het gezicht van imec naar de verschillende funding agentschappen op Europees, nationaal en internationaal niveau in de onderzoeksdomeinen Connectiviteit en Solutions.
- Je initieert en volgt funded projecten op doorheen de verschillende stappen van het opstellen van projectvoorstellen, de indiening, evaluatieprocedures, negotiatie en het opzetten van samenwerkingsovereenkomsten. Na goedkeuring van het project bied je de nodige ondersteuning met betrekking tot rapportering en projectopvolging.
- Je bouwt je expertise uit inzake Connectiviteit en Solutions. Voor dat domein ben je als funded project manager verantwoordelijk voor het verzekeren van de funding.
- Je bouwt een brede kennis van het funding landschap op (KDT, HEU, INTERREG, EFRO,...) en je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het opvolgen en het actief bijdragen tot bepaalde funding programma’s.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van het funded beleid in de vermelde onderzoeksdomeinen.
- Naast je specifieke onderzoeksdomein, ben je ook de specialist inzake ifunding kanalen voor spin-offs.

Wie ben jij
- Je hebt een master diploma in engineering of wetenschappen, met een 3-tal jaar ervaring in project management.
- Je bent een specialist op vlak van Connectivity.
- Je wenst je graag te verdiepen in de Belgische en Europese funding policies en je vindt het fijn om te netwerken.
- Bij voorkeur beschik je al over een breed netwerk aan contacten, vnl. gerelateerd aan funding programma’s en funding beleid (VLAIO, Europese Commissie,...).
- Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring als funded project manager.
- Je bent een teamplayer, vlot in communicatie en deelt gemakkelijk kennis.
- Je kunt veel informatie verwerken op korte tijd en je overtuigt met argumenten.
- Je bent resultaat gedreven en pakt dossiers aan op een efficiënte en georganiseerde wijze.
- Je bent bereid om binnen Europa te reizen.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
