**Business environment**:
Our organization operates in a dynamic environment, in which the Supply Transformation team plays a key role in enabling our company to achieve its Sustainability & Reliability goals. The Supply Transformation team is is a multi-disciplinary function requiring comprehensive knowledge and experience of the various functions and processes within the Supply Operations, including internal business processes.
The Sustainability & Reliability team manage the changing environments and requirements within the S&R portfolios by providing technology and product solutions aligned to the business needs. For the team to be successful within the Global Supply group, members must build and maintain strong partnerships with key members within the Global and Zones functions to drive the transformations necessary for the Sustainability and Reliability agenda. As such there will be a need for travel to Zone and Global headquarters and the related facilities.
***Purpose of the Job**
The Program Manager will be accountable for the successful development and delivery of the S&R programs within each portfolio namely, Reliability, Energy & Fluids and Environment.
As part of the Supply Transformation group, you will shape and drive the portfolios through the identification, validation, and implementation of new technology and product development initiatives that transform the AB-InBev supply chain.
These solutions will contribute to sustainable and highly efficient operations.
- Defines strategic direction for portfolio programs that are aligned to business needs
- Active participation in portfolio development phase with specific emphasis on global impact.
- Leads and implements the portfolio programs, processes and standards
- Accountable for managing both the programs process for CAPEX budgeting and its optimisation
- Provides Project and Product management leadership, governance and drives compliance
- Delivers against the portfolio strategy by working with / through Zone and other Global functions
- Overall accountability for the end-to-end delivery of the Program/Project/Product until the launch plan is completed. Owning all aspects of the process of the project/product and drives team to deliver according to the process i.e. what is required to pass each gate of approvals and when it is required.
- Ensures that AB-InBev VPO and associated systems and processes are implemented
- Ensures cross—functional collaboration and relevant stakeholder engagement where required in resolving project issues and risks
- Single Point of Contact on all technical responsibilities for the development of the program/project/product until handover to Zone/Global functions
- Participates in the readiness plan and driving the execution of this plan within the zone
- Drives quick and effective handover process between global projects team and zone
- Develops professional networks with OEMs (original equipment manufacturer), Technology developers and R&D institutes to grow portfolio and program value
**Profile**:
- University degree in a relevant Engineering field
- Preferably a complementary advanced level degree, providing further exposure to technology engineering and management together with an understanding of commercially oriented business knowledge
- Min. 10 years of professional experience in an engineering capacity either in packaging, utilities, brewing or as a consultant in the topics of Sustainability and/or Reliability Engineering
- Successful track record in managing complex engineering projects, specially linked to innovation and technology development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, interpersonal relationships, persuasion skills. Ability to work in teams.
- Generate network of contacts with suppliers and clients and ability to develop a professional relationship. Negotiation skills and ability to influence people
- Critical thinking, ability to challenge, ability to summarize and prioritize. Sense of urgency is key, thus act as an owner.
- Foster a mindset of continuous improvement and learning to ensure the incumbent is up to date on the latest developments in industry and the applicability of solutions within our business
- Fluency in English (written & spoken), other language skills constitute an additional asset.
