**JOUW OPDRACHT**
- Wetenschappelijk onderzoek op het onderwerp: Implicaties van de oorlog op de duurzaamheid van watervoorziening en hydro-systemen in Gaza (Palestina): Een inzicht voor reconstructie en ontwikkeling, en hoe grondwater kan bijdragen tot mildering van het probleem.
- Ondersteuning van het lopend wetenschappelijk onderzoek in de onderzoekseenheid (Laboratorium voor Toegepaste Geologie en Hydrogeologie, van de Vakgroep Geologie), gerelateerd aan watervoorraden, met de nadruk op grondwater, in het Globale Zuiden.
**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Je hebt een diploma van Doctor op proefschrift in hydrogeologie (of gelijkwaardig)
- Je bent actief bezig met wetenschappelijk onderzoek, zoals wordt aangetoond door recente wetenschappelijke publicaties.
- Je hebt voldoende praktijkervaring in de watersector, bij voorkeur in het Globale Zuiden.
- Je hebt een aantoonbaar grondig begrip van de complexiteit van het waterprobleem in Gaza, met een diep inzicht in de grondwatervoorraden.
ONS AANBOD
- Wij bieden je een contract van onbepaalde tijd
- De indiensttreding kan ten vroegste vanaf 1/07/2024
- De verloning gebeurt volgens barema WM1 tot WM4 (indien masterdiploma) of PD1 tot PD4 (indien doctoraatdiploma). Meer informatie over onze salarisschalen.
