We are seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer to lead our revenue strategies and drive growth across the BeLux, Netherlands, and expanding markets like Poland. As CRO, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and implementing our revenue model while ensuring alignment with Fastback’s strategic objectives. You will oversee all revenue channels, guiding high-level decision-making and identifying new business opportunities that fuel sustained growth.

In this influential role, you’ll lead a high-performing sales team focused on customer acquisition and satisfaction, while partnering with our marketing head to elevate brand visibility and market impact. Your strategic leadership will extend to customer care as well, ensuring seamless service and high customer satisfaction in collaboration with our customer care lead. With a strong focus on brand development, you’ll be instrumental in expanding Fastback’s reputation and credibility on an international level.

This role is **full-time** and offers a flexible work model (minimum three days per week in our beautiful Namur offices).

**YOUR IMPACT & MISSION **:As our CRO, you’ll be responsible for Fastback’s revenue streams, market expansion, and customer satisfaction across various regions. Key responsibilities include:

- **Revenue Management**: Oversee all revenue channels, with a focus on BeLux, the Netherlands, and new markets like Poland.
- **Strategic Leadership**: Provide oversight for all business activities, identifying and optimizing new business opportunities.
- **Sales Team Leadership**: Develop and lead a high-performing sales team, focusing on customer expansion and satisfaction.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Drive marketing strategy, partnering with the head of marketing to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
- **Customer Care**: Collaborate with the head of customer care to maintain high satisfaction through seamless customer service and support.
- **Project Initiation & Execution**: Identify and propose expansion projects, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution post-approval.
- **Market Communication**: Manage consistent, impactful communication across all markets, ensuring brand alignment and customer connection.
- **Brand Growth**: Strengthen the Fastback brand, increasing credibility and recognition on an international level.

**ABOUT YOU **:You’re a strategic, results-driven leader with a passion for growth and customer success. You’ll be a great fit if you bring:

- **5+ years of experience in revenue or commercial leadership**, preferably in software or automotive sectors.
- **Track record of market expansion** and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in **customer care, marketing, and sales** leadership.
- **Data-driven decision-making**: using insights to drive initiatives and set priorities.
- Fluency in **French, Dutch, and English**.
