**About the role**
As a Business Support Specialist at our Puurs location, you will be part of our Business Change Management team. You will be giving technical support towards our clients.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Analyzing problems and questions reported by end-users and implementing automated, optimized work processes and business tools using robotics and scripts.
- Documenting reported issues, questions, and work procedures.
- Informing end-users about 'best practices' and organizing training sessions for employees on existing and new proprietary programs.

- Technical aptitude and an interest in information technology and automation.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Practical experience with scripting VBA, SQL is a plus.
- Strong communication, creativity, and flexibility, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- An international mindset and a passion for supply chain management.
- Proficiency in MS-Office and a willingness to learn new systems.
- The ability to enthusiastically share knowledge with colleagues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
