**Jobomschrijving**:
Product Owner Mobiele Applicatie (iOS & Android) + Open Data
De Product Owner is verantwoordelijk voor de toegevoegde waarde van de mobiele applicatie. Hij maakt deel uit van het team Digital Customer eXperience binnen de Marketingafdeling. De PO werkt samen, volgens de SCRUM UX-methode, met het mobile team dat bestaat uit iOS-, Android-ontwikkelaars, een analist en een designer. Hij beheert de verschillende belanghebbende partijen.

Hij volgt het gebruik van het budget gedurende het ganse jaar op in samenwerking met zijn manager en voorziet de nodige correctieve acties.

In het kader van de rol van Product Owner, is hij ook verantwoordelijk voor:
1. De voortdurende evolutie van de mobiele app. Dit omvat:

- De ontwikkeling van de visie met betrekking tot het product volgens de analyse van de behoeften van onze klanten en van de MIVB op basis van de verzamelde gegevens,
- De samenstelling van de jaarlijkse roadmap in overeenstemming met de visie,
- De bepaling van de «customer journeys»,
- Het analyseren, opvolgen en delen van de prestaties op basis van vastgelegde KPI’s en de analytics (Firebase & PiwikPro),

2. Het beheer van de Product Backlog:

- De ontwikkeling en expliciete mededeling van de doelstellingen van het product,
- De vertaling van de businessbehoeften, die door de belanghebbende partijen gedeeld werden, in een backlog,
- De samenstelling en duidelijke mededeling van de elementen van de Backlog (Epics, Stories),
- De organisatie van de elementen van de Backlog om een duidelijke en efficiënte structuur te garanderen,
- De garantie om een transparante, zichtbare en voor iedereen (belanghebbende partijen & leden van het team) te begrijpen Backlog af te leveren,
- De prioritering van de elementen van de Backlog,

3. Ondersteuning van het management:

- Op basis van zijn beroepskennis, input leveren aan zijn manager met het oog op de uitwerking van de strategie inzake klanten-/prospectrelaties en van het jaarlijkse digitalemarketingplan (OGSM).
- Zijn manager bijstaan in het beheer van het jaarlijkse budget en de rol van back-up vervullen tijdens zijn afwezigheid.

**Gevraagd profiel**:

- In het bezit zijn van een masterdiploma of een gelijkwaardige ervaring hebben.
- Een eerste ervaring in het marketing
- en/of digitale domein is vereist; een ervaring met het beheer van een mobiele app als Product Owner is een pluspunt.
- Beheersing van digitale tools van het type;
- Localize voor het beheer van de copy en de vertalingen,
- Jira & Confluence voor het beheer van de Backlog,
- Figma voor de opvolging van de designs,
- Optimize, Firebase & PiwikPro voor de analyse van de prestaties.
- Beheersing van de SCRUM UX-methodes.
- Beheersing van digitaal schrijven.
- Kennis van de methodes inzake CRO en Content Marketing.
- Begrip van het backofficesysteem.
- Kennis van de WCAG-normen inzake digitale toegankelijkheid.
- Goede beheersing van het Frans en het Nederlands.
- Persoonlijke kwaliteiten: Analyseren (Information Management), Oplossingsgericht werken (Task Management), Ondersteunen (People Management), Klantgericht handelen (Interpersonal Management), Zich flexibel opstellen (Personal Management), Inzet tonen (Personal Management), Een grote werklast aankunnen, Leadership, en SCRUM values.
