**Product Owner 5G - Migration NextGenCom/Migration Lead**

ASTRID est un réseau innovant à haute technologie pour la transmission vocale et de données. La radiocommunication du réseau ASTRID est spécialement destinée à tous les services de secours et de sécurité en facilitant leur collaboration mutuelle.

Le réseau ASTRID permet aux services de police, d’incendie et de secours de communiquer rapidement et en toute sécurité. Dans chaque province, le réseau numérique est complété d’un dispatching intégré.

ASTRID est une société anonyme de droit public, une initiative du gouvernement fédéral. ASTRID souhaite renforcer son équipe centrale de Bruxelles et est aujourd’hui à la recherche de gens enthousiastes (M/F).

**Vos responsibilités**

ASTRID est à la recherche d'un **Migration Lead NextGenCom** afin de renforcer l'équipe éponyme de la Service Tower « Mobile Communications ».

**En tant que Product owner 5G / Migration Lead NextGenCom**:

- Vous disposez du leadership et de l'expertise technique nécessaires pour élaborer des analyses et tâches de conception relatives au développement d'un produit ou d'une solution globale.
- Vous êtes censé concevoir et proposer des solutions basées sur une connaissance pointue de votre ou vos produits ; vous vous appuyez sur une connaissance approfondie des attentes des parties prenantes internes et externes ainsi que des utilisateurs finaux.
- Vous aidez à standardiser la technologie, l'architecture et les ressources afin d'optimiser les coûts.
- Vous collaborez étroitement avec les fournisseurs et l’équipe de programme pour garantir des implémentations optimales, telles que les développe la stratégie produits et la stratégie de programme NextGenCom.
- Vous participez au déploiement de nouveaux projets au sein de l'équipe NextGenCom. Ici, votre tâche spécifique consiste à préparer et planifier les migrations au niveau technique.
- Une bonne connaissance et expérience technique de la technologie TETRA actuelle et de la nouvelle technologie NextGenCom (4G,5G) est primordiale.
- Etant donné que cette fonction nécessite beaucoup de concertation avec les utilisateurs finaux, une bonne connaissance du français et du néerlandais est importante.

**Votre Profil**
- Vous êtes détenteur d’un diplôme d’ingénieur (bachelier/master) en électronique / télécommunications (ou équivalent) et vous avez au minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans la gestion et la conception de réseaux mobiles.
- Vous portez un vif intérêt aux télécommunications et disposez d’une bonne connaissance de la communication numérique, des réseaux GSM et des structures de réseau virtuel.
- Vous disposez également de bonnes connaissances en IT networking, IP & VLAN planning, switching, security, virtualisation et gestion de systèmes de monitoring complexes.
- Vous êtes capable de prendre l’initiative pour définir et rédiger les spécifications techniques.
- Vous disposez d’un esprit d’analyse et l’innovation vous intéresse. Vous êtes en outre communicatif et vous savez inspirer votre environnement.
- Vous avez un sens aigu des tendances technologiques et stratégiques.
- Vous avez le sens du travail en équipe et vous savez gérer les priorités.
- Une bonne communication avec le personnel technique des fournisseurs est importante.
- Vous avez une expérience en gestion de projets et vous maîtrisez la suite bureautique MS Office.
- Vous savez rédiger des rapports et vous êtes bon communicateur.
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un permis de conduire de type B.
- La connaissance du néerlandais comme deuxième langue est nécessaire, et vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance de l’anglais technique.
