Onze partner Volvo Group is één van werelds toonaangevende fabrikanten van trucks, bussen en motoren met merken als Volvo, Renault Trucks en Volvo Penta. Je komt terecht in een internationaal topbedrijf in de automotive sector.**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Loonadministratie en verwerking maken een belangrijke deel uit van je verantwoordelijkheden, daarnaast moet je deze ook correct en tijdig kunnen uitvoeren in samenwerking met een externe payroll provider. Het sociaal secretariaat zal de verwerkingen uitvoeren die in lijn moeten zijn met de interne controles, dus die controleer en bewaak je als proces eigenaar en stuur je bij indien nodig.Voor verschillende payroll vragen als voor andere specifieke deelgebieden binnen personeelsadministratie fungeer je als een specialist. Aan verschillende HR projecten zal je actief deelnemen en bespreek je je ervaring/kennis m.b.t. verloning en sociale wetgeving
**Jouw profiel**
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor
- of Masteropleiding of heb je relevante ervaring binnen de sector payroll & administratie
- Je kan goed overweg met de verschillende Office tools en ben je heel nauwkeurig in je werk
- Je bent op de hoogte van de recente ontwikkelingen en tendensen omtrent HR gerelateerde onderwerpen en daarnaast beschik je over een goede kennis van de sociale wetgeving algemeen
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld en stressbestendig
- Je bent gedreven, leergierig en zoekt mee naar verbeteringen binnen de organisatie
