**Senior Business Analyst**
I have partnered with a well-known consultancy who has a contract opportunity for a Dutch speaking Senior Business Analyst to work in Ghent, Belgium. This is a great opportunity to work on ongoing development projects to support smart city initiatives and public sector solutions.
**Key Skills**:
- Demonstrating conceptual thinking and suggesting the most appropriate technical solutions.
- You excel in communication, both verbal and written, adapting your style to different audiences, including end-users, analysts, developers, testers, project managers, experts, and management.
- You engage in constructive and professional collaboration with colleagues across the organization, thriving in a team environment.
- Efficiently and effectively establishing pertinent physical and/or virtual cross-enterprise knowledge networks in the short term to contribute to selected solution trajectories.
- You possess a strong drive and take the initiative to address challenges, ensuring a sense of responsibility until a satisfactory solution is reached.
- Your approach is project-oriented, flexible, and quality-focused, with a keen ability to think analytically and discern between detail and essence.
- Your broad knowledge encompasses platforms and technologies in the Internet domain, coupled with specific experience in proprietary development paths.
- You are familiar with web technologies and platforms like.NET (web) or Javascript (Angular, React), as well as app technology (native, hybrid).
- Proficient in UI/UX usability, including technical digital accessibility (WCAG standards), and well-versed in human-centered design, prioritizing end-users' needs.
- Maintaining a comprehensive overview of developments and trends in the dynamic realm of digital communication and service provision, you actively follow and adapt to them.
- Your experience extends to analysis within the context of Service-Oriented Architecture.
- Your proactive approach is evident in your healthy drive, and you embrace ownership without fear.
- Experience in developing business and functional analyses using UML and BPMN is part of your skill set.
- You are well-versed in working with Scrum and agile methodologies, utilizing Confluence and Jira.
- Your familiarity extends to the Microsoft Office suite, Teams, and SharePoint.
- An essential facet of your expertise includes GDPR compliance, and you possess knowledge of Geographical Information Systems (such as ArcGIS) and Business Intelligence (such as Power BI).
- Additionally, you are acquainted with Flemish services, platforms, and standards like ACM/IDM, OSLO, Address Register, etc.
