SASMAR is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. With our headquarters based in Brussels, Belgium, and operations in Sydney, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Malta, London, and Chicago, we are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company that specializes in personal care and fertility products, including our renowned Conceive Plus brand. Our products are distributed in over 70 countries through various channels such as supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.

As a Regional Sales Manager at SASMAR, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales activities in a designated region. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to achieve regional sales targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and distributors in the region.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and ensure competitiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to align sales efforts and provide excellent customer service.
- Forecast and monitor sales performance, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry associations, and stakeholders in the region.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
