**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je voert de operationele boekhouding en financiën uit. Je legt de focus op een correcte en efficiënte werking, controleert en optimaliseert de betrokken processen daar waar nodig en mogelijk.
- Je zorgt voor de tijdige maandelijkse afsluiting, rapportering en consolidatie.
- Je bent de expert aangaande de boekhoudkundige en fiscale regelgeving.
- Je volgt dagelijks de banktransacties m.b.t. de beleggingen op en focust op het simplificeren, optimaliseren en digitaliseren hiervan.
- Je onderhoudt externe relaties met o.a. externe financiële audit instanties, bedrijfsrevisoren, de consolidatie verantwoordelijke en de bancaire partners.
- Op termijn ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de jaarbudgettering en word jij de expert van onze financiële cijfers. Jouw interpretatie van de cijfers garandeert een efficiënte management besluitvorming.
- Jij bent communicatief, klantgericht en werkt resultaatgericht. Je inlevingsvermogen zorgt voor een hoge klantentevredenheid, met oog voor kwaliteit en goede service.
- Je straalt van enthousiasme en plezier in je job, pakt alles hands-on aan en je bent ondernemend.
- Je bent betrokken bij het bedrijf en de klanten en je streeft naar een maximale service en teamwerking.

**Je hebt een brede technische, bancaire en boekhoudkundige kennis. Je hebt de ingesteldheid om te werken aan structurele verbeteringen en persoonlijke groei.**
- Je bent een dynamisch, gedreven entrepreneur met verantwoordelijkheidszin.
- Je werkt steeds zeer zelfstandig, sterk punctueel en documenteert nauwgezet.
- Je hebt een gedegen accounting ervaring opgedaan in de financiële sector.
- Je bent analytisch en werkt probleemoplossend.
- Je hebt opgedane kennis van en grote interesse in het verder bijleren van beleggingsportefeuilles en portfolio management.
- Je stelt je flexibel op, staat open voor feedback en draagt eerlijkheid en betrouwbaarheid hoog in het vaandel.
- Je bent een team player en stelt je bescheiden op om zo samen met je team het beoogde resultaat te behalen.
- Je bent de back-up van je Back-Office-collega.
- Je bent in het bezit van een Masterdiploma.
- Je hebt mínimaal 7 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Talenkennis: Nederlands, Frans, Engels. Duits is een pluspunt.
- Computerkennis: Doorgedreven kennis van MS-office en overige digitale tools
