**About the Role**
As a Digital Designer at Radikal, you will lead the charge in creating visually stunning, user-centric Shopify stores, predominantly for clients in the sports, fashion, and skincare industries. Your role will also extend to occasional UX and app layout projects, allowing you to showcase a broad range of design skills.
**What You’ll Do**
- **Lead the design process** from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet client objectives and maintain a high standard of creativity and usability.
- Collaborate with the team and clients during discovery workshops to define project goals, user needs, and design solutions.
- Take ownership of presenting and defending your designs to clients, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and project requirements.
- Innovate and push creative boundaries, developing concepts that resonate with target audiences and elevate our clients' digital presence.
- Work primarily in **Figma** while leveraging complementary tools like Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **E-commerce Expertise**: Extensive experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- **Strong Portfolio**: A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design exceptional web and mobile experiences, with a focus on e-commerce.
- **Leadership Skills**: Experience leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, or taking initiative in driving creative direction.
- **Client Interaction**: Confidence in leading and facilitating design discussions, workshops, and presentations with clients.
- **Team Player**: You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to a growing design team.
- **Adaptability**: You can seamlessly transition between different design styles and project types, always keeping the user experience top of mind.
- **Conceptual Thinker**: You think beyond the obvious and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

**Bonus Points For**
- Motion design and animation skills.
- 3D design experience (Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Knowledge of print design, UX, or social media design.
- A talent for illustration or photography.
- A strong karaoke skillset
