Functie

Als Functioneel Analist neem je deze interne rol op binnen onze business unit Sociaal Secretariaat. Af en toe ga je ook bij de klant voor vergaderingen.
In deze functie:

- Ken je de noden van je klant en zet je deze om in een correcte parametrisatie in onze systemen
- Zorg je voor een goede samenwerking met klanten en interne partners (ICT, klantenbeheerders, juridische dienst, customer service helpdesk, relationship managers, account managers) zodat het project/de change naar tevredenheid van alle partijen uitgevoerd kan worden
- Los je openstaande tickets vlot en correct op
- Maak je analyses van documenten
- Volg je change op bij IT & externe partner
- Valideer je de change en volg je de UAT op bij de klant
- Communiceer je helder naar de interne als externe klant

De Functioneel Analist is een diverse functie die nauw samenwerkt met de verschillende operationele diensten, IT en externe leveranciers, en met de klant. Je rapporteert aan de Service Delivery Manager.

**Profiel**:

- Je behaalde een bachelor of master diploma of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt IT-technische affiniteit en kennis van SQL
- Je hebt kennis en/of ervaring van loonberekening, interpretatie van loonbrieven en looncodes, RSZ, financiële rapportering (provisies, reconciliatie, boekhoudkundige verwerking), sociale wetgeving,
- Je bent assertief en je gaat graag om met klanten
- Goede communicatie is je handelsmerk
- Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig. Je bent sterk analytisch, met een praktische ingesteldheid gericht op resultaat
- Je werkt graag met anderen samen
- Je hebt een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin, leert snel bij en bent geboeid door HR en de vertaling van de noden in de HR afdeling naar een IT oplossing
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk, gestructureerd en je gaat nauwkeurig te werk
- Je bent pragmatisch en resultaatgericht
- Je bent bij voorkeur tweetalig NL/FR
- Attent zijn, passie en klantgerichtheid zijn waarden waar jij je in terugvindt
