**Functie**

Je zal een team van een 40-tal Application Consultants (AC) aansturen, waarvan een tiental rechtstreeks aan jou rapporteren en een dertigtal functioneel. De rechtstreekse aangestuurde werken over alle klanten van Attentia heen, de dertigtal functioneel aangestuurde werken mee binnen een service team, die voor een vaste groep klanten ondersteuning en projecten opleveren.

In deze rol ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor uniforme werkmethodes
- en processen binnen het team de Application Consultants (sociaal secretariaat). Je zorgt ervoor dat de Application Consultants uit verschillende teams op een uniforme, kwalitatieve en rendabele manier services verlenen naar de klant. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de service delivery managers en onze IT diensten.

Je zorgt voor een optimale planning van al onze Application Consultant, met het oog op tijdige oplevering van de projecten bij onze klanten en het vinden van de optimale fit tussen competenties en noden.

Je bewaakt ook mee dat er een efficiënte support wordt geleverd vanuit de AC teams naar zowel interne als externe klanten, met respect voor SLA’s.

Je stelt een opleidingsplan op om de harde & softe skills van de Application Consultants te ontwikkelen zodat ze op een efficiënte en rendabele manier als Trusted Advisor onze klanten kunnen adviseren.

Je zal deel uitmaken van het management team van onze HR dienstverlening naar grote klanten en in die hoedanigheid rapporteren aan onze directeur HR business.

**Profiel**
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een klant
- en procesgerichte functie als consultant;
- En minstens 5 jaar ervaring als People manager;
- Ervaring in de dienstverleningssector met een sterke focus op HR en IT;
- Grote affiniteit met de goede opzet van HR Software en processen waarbij je insteekt op een pragmatische manier van werken;
- Idealiter ervaring in payroll of in een sociaal secretariaat;
- Sterke analytische competenties gecombineerd met softe skills zoals overtuigingskracht en luisterend vermogen.
- Je slaagt erin om complexe procedures en processen te vereenvoudigen en verbeteren.
- Tweetalig (Nl/Fr).
- Hoofdstandplaats is Gent met af en toe verplaatsingen naar andere kantoren/klanten in België.
