Als Application Expert ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- De ondersteuning en het optimaal gebruik van de bedrijfsapplicaties binnen een business stream.
- Het vertalen van de bedrijfsprocessen naar bruikbare ICT-oplossingen.
- Het optimaliseren van de bedrijfsprocessen en informatiestromen.
- Ondersteunen en adviseren van de Business Process Owners, afdelingshoofden en Key Users.
- Bieden van 2e en 3e lijns- ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers.
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor applicatiedocumentatie om gebruikers te ondersteunen.
- Meewerken aan projecten in jouw expertisegebied (bv. upgrades of wijzigingen van applicaties).
- Ondersteunen van Business Solution Experts en Business Project Leads.
- Organiseren van end user-testen en gebruikerstrainingen.
- Inschakeling als IT-project lead bij technische upgrades van applicaties.
Voorkennis van een of meerdere applicaties die aanleunen bij onze operaties is een voordeel. Dit kan gaan om software voor Design (bv PLM), Supply Chain (ERP, WMS, QMS…) of commerce (CRM, POS, EDI…)
Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma in IT of een relevante richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Schoolverlaters zijn ook welkom.
Je hebt een brede interesse in IT en applicaties in het bijzonder.
Je bent een communicatieve teamplayer die over voldoende maturiteit beschikt.
Je beschikt over een goed organisatorisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
Je hebt een no-nonsense mentaliteit, bent servicegericht en je kan communiceren volgens de noden van eindgebruikers tot management.
Een goede professionele beheersing van het Engels en Nederlands is nodig. Kennis van andere talen zoals Frans, Spaans of Duits is een pluspunt.
Inzicht in relationele databases is een voordeel.
