About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Itineris.

  • This role involves working closely with customers, project teams, and service delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of our UMAX solution.
  • As a Business Consultant, you will provide relevant business and market guidance to our application consultants and support mediation decisions with customer businesses.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer expectations and supporting functional experts in translating business needs into functional requirements.
  • Attending workshops and meetings with customers onsite.
  • Providing feedback to product development, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Contributing to the evolution of our standard UMAX solution.
  • Collaborating with clients, sales, pre-sales, product, and project delivery teams.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong analytical background, preferably with a master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the energy market in Ireland.
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Business/Functional Consultant, preferably in large ERP/CRM project implementations.
  • Expertise in identifying business requirements and understanding customers' business processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with Dutch as an asset.
  • Ability to travel depending on project implementation phases.
