Port of Antwerp-Bruges heeft een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse werking van de haven. Zo'n 1 800 medewerkers werken dag en nacht aan een klantgerichte dienstverlening, een optimale infrastructuur, innovatieve projecten en de promotie van de haven in binnen-en buitenland. Zij zetten zich samen in om de rol van Port of Antwerp-Bruges als duurzame wereldhaven te verstevigen. Onze missie? Port of Antwerp-Bruges, thuishaven als hefboom voor een duurzame toekomst.

Als hospitality coordinator zorg je binnen de afdeling Events & Hospitality voor de operationele planning, administratieve opvolging en efficiënte verdeling van de verschillende aanvragen voor zaalverhuur (inclusief verjaardagsfeesten), ontvangsten, havenbezoeken, events en rondleidingen in het Havenhuis en in Portopolis. Je houdt hierbij steeds rekening met de jou toegekende middelen en rapporteert aan de events & hospitality manager.

De job:

- Je staat in voor de planning en de daarbij horende administratie van de event experts, hosts, vrijwilligers en studenten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle locaties voldoende worden bemand doorheen de dag en dat alle beschikbare collega's optimaal worden ingezet. Je springt bij waar nodig
- Je staat in voor de verdeling van de tickets die voortvloeien uit de sponsordeals en hospitality pakketten
- Je staat in voor de organisatie van toeristische rondleidingen in het Havenhuis met onze externe partner
- Je beheert verschillende operationele mailboxen en verdeelt de taken die hieruit komen onder het team
- Je ondersteunt de events & hospitality manager bij administratieve taken

Profiel
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma of je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Je bent een teamspeler en kan verbindend samenwerken met een divers team van collega's, studenten & vrijwilligers
- Je kan vlot werken met de gangbare Office toepassingen
- Je werkt zelfstandig en bent ondernemend. Je bent in staat om bestaande processen kritisch te evalueren
- Je bent klantvriendelijk, hands-on, administratief en organisatorisch sterk en werkt planmatig en projectmatig om gestelde deadlines en doelstellingen te halen
- Durf, eenvoud en verbinding Dat zijn waarden waar jij je helemaal in kan vinden
