**Payroll Officer | Function**:

- Manage accurate and timely salary payments in collaboration with social secretariats.
- Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations and oversee post-payroll activities.
- Administer the complete HR lifecycle, including tasks related to sickness, occupational accidents, termination, and benefits such as insurance policies and meal vouchers.
- Serve as a key point of contact for colleagues, offering guidance on social legislation across the countries where we operate.
- Implement and manage a flexible-income (cafeteria) plan, allowing employees to tailor their benefits packages.

**Payroll Officer | Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or an equivalent.
- Professional experience of minimum 5 years in the Payroll Field.
- Good knowledge of social legislation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Fluent in English and French, Dutch is a plus.
