We are currently looking for a Payroll Officer to join the HR team of an international company in the aviation industry.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to enhance your payroll expertise in Belgium while collaborating closely with HR teams across Europe.

If you have a strong background in Belgian payroll, excellent time management skills, fluency in French or Dutch, and a good command of English, along with a keen attention to detail, this opportunity could be the next step in your payroll career

**Payroll Officer | Function**:

- Inputting new employee data and updates into the payroll provider's system
- Supporting payroll administration in close collaboration with the Belgian HR team and external payroll providers
- Overseeing payments and declarations for sickness and statutory leave
- Assisting the Belgian HR team with daily employee inquiries and communication related to payroll and benefits
- Providing legislative guidance on absence-related issues
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with evolving legislation

**Payroll Officer | Profile**:

- Fluent in French or Dutch with a good level of English
- Experience with Belgian payroll provider companies
- Proven computer skills including advanced Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner
- Flexible work style and ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing work demands
