D|M&S Brugge is op zoek naar een Business Director Web

Als toonaangevend agency met vestigingen in Antwerpen, Brugge en Brussel verrassen we klanten al meer dan 35 jaar met vinnige crossmediale communicatie. Online, offline en events. Business to consumer en business to business. We doen het allemaal Om onze webafdeling in Brugge te versterken, zoeken we een Business Director Web (m/v/x).

Wat houdt je job precies in?
- Kort en goed: je verkoopt websites. Je gaat op zoek naar interessante leads in Vlaanderen en Brussel en creëert zo nieuwe verkoopkansen voor ons web agency
- Je overtuigt organisaties en bedrijven hun sites te laten ontwikkelen door ons ervaren team van developers (van corporate websites tot e-shops, van re-designs van bestaande sites tot migratieprojecten).
- Je onderhoudt actief contact met je bestaande klanten met het oog op het uitbouwen van waardevolle langetermijnrelaties en een breed netwerk.
- Je volgt prospecten en klanten van dichtbij op, zowel telefonisch als via afspraak. Je adviseert en informeert hen daarbij over onze diensten en nieuwe opportuniteiten.
- Je kan rekenen op de (technische) ondersteuning van je team. Je prospectieplan en andere klantgerichte initiatieven bespreek je samen met de Business Directors en de verantwoordelijke van je afdeling.

Profiel

Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?
- Je bent een commercieel natuurtalent met een grote passie voor websites..NET, Laravel en Drupal hebben voor jou geen geheimen en je hebt een stevige talenknobbel, toch voor HTML, CSS, SASS en PHP.
- Je bent natuurlijk een vlotte prater, zeker in het Nederlands (maar Frans en Engels gaan je ook goed af).
- Je enthousiasme en overtuigingskracht zijn je grootste troeven. Toch heb je bij voorkeur ook al enige ervaring en uitstekende contacten binnen onze sector opgedaan (+3 jaar).
- Je bent flexibel, klantgericht en hebt een groot doorzettingsvermogen.

Jobgerelateerde competenties
- De bestelling (beschikbaarheid van producten, leveringstermijn, behandeling van klachten,...) en de klanten (getrouwheidsacties, tevredenheidsenquêtes, aanmaningen,...) opvolgen
- Commerciële acties uitvoeren tijdens evenementen
- Een bijdrage leveren aan de commerciële en marketingstrategie van de onderneming
- Producten presenteren of demonstreren bij de klant en advies geven
- Het commerciële voorstel uitwerken
Samen met de klant de voorwaarden van de verkoopovereenkomst of de prijsraming overeenkomen
- De gegevens over de activiteiten van de dienst of de organisatie opvolgen en analyseren
Een vooruitgangstraject voorstellen
- De klantenwerving administratief opvolgen en het team informeren
- Het plan voor klantenwerving ontwerpen en de klantbezoeken plannen
