**Platform Drupal Technical Leader**

Le pôle Digital Factory constitue une « usine de production et de services numériques » mise à disposition plus particulièrement des pôles Digital Product Management et Digital Transformation. Il offre des services ICT selon deux modèles de production (« bimodal ») : l’un de type mature et maîtrisé, se concentrant sur l'optimisation continue de services déjà reconnus, et l’autre de type exploratoire, mettant l’accent sur l’innovation.
**Votre contribution, vos mission**s**
En tant que Platform Technical Leader, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:
- **Être le garant technique de la Plateforme Drupal**
- Participer aux choix des composants techniques et aux estimations techniques des solutions proposées aux clients,
- Définir les bonnes pratiques en développement Drupal,
- Gérer les outils devOps de la chaine de mise en production
- Gérer la chaîne d’intégration continue et déploiement et la communication des cycles de release
**Être le spoc pour les partenaires en ce qui concerne le release management**:
- Faciliter la collaboration avec les autres cellules en interne et l’intégration aux systèmes existants et futurs.
- Être capable de challenger les partenaires et de vérifier la qualité de leurs livrables
- Définir les process de release et leur respect par les partenaires, release planning,
**Être le garant technique du run de la Plateforme**:
- Faire du support de niveau 3 en collaboration avec l’équipe Run et Support en place.
- Analyser et découper le backlog des opérations (mode run)
- Contribuer à la mise en place des KPI opérationnels de service et release management
Diriger et motiver les partenaires en leur donnant des directives claires, précises et en veillant au suivi du travail effectué ( équipe de maintenance et de support en mode run)**Vos expériences, vos compétences**:
**Vous disposez d’un bacheler idéalement en IT, assorti d’une expérience de 3 ans minimum de développement sur la technologie Drupal**:
- Vous avez de l’expérience en gestion de partenaires avec des facilités de communication,
- Vous êtes analytique, pragmatique, flexible et orienté solution,
- Vous avez une expérience probante en release management.
**Atouts**
- Bonnes connaissances de l'environnement cloud de Microsoft (Azure) et de leurs outils de release Management
- Expérience en management de service conteneurisés (Kubernetes).
- Vous êtes titulaire d’une ou plusieurs certifications dans le domaine
La connaissance du français et/ou du néerlandais est obligatoire, la connaissance de l’anglais est un atout.
