**Technical Business Consultant**
- Paradigm is de instelling van openbaar nut die verantwoordelijk is voor de digitalisering van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. Wij ondersteunen onze klanten - de Brusselse openbare instellingen - _in_ hun digitale _transitie_._ Werken voor Paradigm betekent een reële impact hebben op het dagelijkse leven van de Brusselaars._

Als Technical Business Consultant werk je voor onze partner safe.brussels, die als missie heeft preventie en veiligheid in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest te coördineren en alle actoren bij te staan die betrokken zijn bij het garanderen van de veiligheid van de Brusselaars en alle bezoekers van het gewest.

Je wordt lid van het team van Paradigm dat verantwoordelijk is voor de IT van onze partner en dat uit 17 mensen bestaat met verschillende beroepen.

**Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken**:
Als Technical Business Consultant ziet je hoofdtakenpakket eruit als volgt:

- Op de hoogte blijven van technologische ontwikkelingen om suggesties te doen voor oplossingen, optimalisatie of evolutie, rekening houdend met de nieuwste technologieën;
- Vertrouwensvolle werkrelaties ontwikkelen met de verschillende referentieleveranciers om op één lijn te zitten over de verschillende technologieën en hun oplossingen;
- Auditing, analyse en technologisch advies, voornamelijk op het gebied van video, gericht op het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen (optimalisatie van bestaande tools, technologische bewaking en onderzoek enz.);
- Technologische diensten en vereisten afstemmen op de strategie van de organisatie;
- De technologische hulpmiddelen definiëren die nodig zijn om te voldoen aan functionele en niet-functionele behoeften;
- De vereisten voor het project en de implementatie ervan in samenwerking met de Domains Owners (technisch of zakelijk) garanderen en beheren;
- Deelnemen aan het begrijpen en modelleren van applicatie
- en infrastructuurlagen in reactie op bedrijfsprocessen;
- Coördineren, coachen en mobiliseren van de leveranciers die betrokken zijn bij de projecten van de afdeling Technologie in samenwerking met de Domains Owners en projectmanagers.

**Je ervaring en competenties**:
Je hebt bij voorkeur een technisch bachelor
- of masterdiploma en 10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie:

- Je hebt een goede beheersing van videotechnologieën (bijv. server, vuwall, deskwall enz.);
- Je hebt ervaring met videomanagement in een kritische omgeving;
- Je bent gewend om met veeleisende partners te werken;
- Je fungeert als schakel tussen technici en gebruikers;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de wereld van overheidsdiensten in het Brussels Gewest;
- Je hebt een Genetec-certificering

Kennis van het Frans en/of Nederlands is verplicht, kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
