Internal Communication Specialist

**Vos responsabilités**:
- Responsible to make Delhaizes corporate strategy and performance understandable for all levels of the organisation by delivering impactful strategy communication projects. Define the key messages in close collaboration with top management. Develop and implement cross-departmental and multi format strategy communication projects for the entire company. Lead and coordinate these strategy communication projects to deliver them within budget and within the agreed deadlines.
- Responsible to develop yearly a financial results communication plan. Through monthly and quarterly updates, making sure that all levels of the organization understand our company results and performance and how every level can contribute to this. Via impactful messages and strategic context, you make sure our associates understand the link between our performance and our strategic projects.
- Keep a cross-departmental overview on key strategic projects and provide a correct cascade to inform and engage the top 150 Leadership of Delhaize on these projects.
- Responsible for the creation and delivery of senior communication projects, within the foreseen budget. Drafting the communication plan and managing the entire communication process with, for or about the assigned teams / departments with the aim of informing and briefing the active colleagues in a timely manner and with the help of the right tools about changes or measures taken, so they remain informed and are able to be inspired and to commit themselves to execute the (communication) strategy of the company effectively.
- Follow relevant developments in the internal communication and media landscape. Exchange knowledge with colleagues and stimulate knowledge exchange within the organization in order to stay up to date about and (when relevant) implement trends and recent developments.
**Votre profil**:
- Vous avez une expertise reconnue et une passion pour la communication, vous suivez les tendances et les innovations en matière de communication.
- Vous êtes une personne créative, innovante.
- Vous êtes empathique, organisée, orientée solution et résultat.
- Vous avez d'excellente capacité de communication, vous savez vous adapter à votre public.
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance de la Suite Office. La connaissance des programmes de type "Photoshop", "InDesign" est un atout supplémentaire.
- Idéalement, vous êtes en possession d'un master en communication et vous avez 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire.
- Vous parlez le Français et vous avez une très bonne compréhension du Néerlandais et de l'Anglais.
