**Jobomschrijving**:
Als Integration & Planning Specialist Constitution werk je samen met de Pôle manager en Planning Manager Nord-Albert voor een goede coördinatie en integratie van het project ‘Metro Nord-Albert’. Je werkt voor onze Speciale Studiedienst in de divisie Transport Systems. Je analyseert taken, stelt de planning op en zorgt ervoor dat het project op tijd wordt afgerond.
Als facilitator blijf je proactief gericht op het globale aspect van de voortgang van het project. Je waarborgt de neutraliteit van je acties en verenigt de verschillende belanghebbenden rond het succes van het project.

In meer detail:

- Opstellen van de algemene planning waarbij termijnen worden vastgesteld voor alle ontwerpfasen, technische beslissingen, de uitvoering, het testen en de afwerking met een integratie van de voorgestelde en goedgekeurde varianten.
- Opvolging van de uitvoering van de ontwerpdocumenten binnen het gegeven tijdsschema met anticipatie op mogelijke vertragingen en risico’s.
- Inventariseren en actualisering van de technische, administratieve en personele beperkingen en formaliteiten die van invloed zijn op de opzet en uitvoering van het project.
- Coördineren van de verschillende belanghebbenden en zorgen voor een coherente integratie van de activiteiten.
- Anticiperen op en informeren van de Pôle Manager en/of Planning Manager over problemen die vertragingen of conflicten kunnen veroorzaken en ervoor zorgen dat oplossingen worden voorgesteld om vertragingen en conflicten op te lossen en te beheren.

**Gevraagd profiel**:

- Uitstekende kennis en methodologie van planning en riskmanagement
- Je hebt een masterdiploma en minstens 5 jaar ervaring met de organisatie van technisch complexe werven.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
- Uitstekende kennis van Microsoft Office en planning software (zoals Tilos).
- Je bent analytisch, sterk in probleemoplossend denken, nauwkeurig, communicatief en kan goed omgaan met stress.
