**A propos du poste**

Le Graduate Program est une aventure d'environ un an et demi au cours de laquelle vous réaliserez différents projets dans nos trois business units. Au total, trois projets principaux et trois sous-projets vous seront confiés par nos business owners sur nos sites en Belgique et le nord de la France. Dans le cadre de ces projets, vous serez entouré d’une véritable communauté de jeunes diplômés : votre équipe avec laquelle vous travaillerez sur les projets, les RH pour votre développement professionnel et votre mentor pour toutes les questions concernant votre carrière.

Que vous travailliez sur des projets marketing ambitieux, de nouvelles stratégies de vente ou des questions IT, votre impact est garanti Un impact pour nos plus de 40 marques fortes en France, en Belgique et aux Pays-Bas.

**Notre profil idéal**

Dans le cadre du Graduate Program, nous sommes à la recherche de personnes souhaitant contribuer à la croissance d’Arvesta. Des personnes ambitieuses qui nourrissent une passion pour l’agriculture et l’horticulture. Des personnes qui veulent contribuer au développement de l’organisation et qui ne reculent pas devant les défis, mais les relèvent avec enthousiasme.

En outre,
- Vous possédez un diplôme en bio-ingénierie, agro-bioculture, économie, commerce
- Vous êtes récemment diplômé ou avez moins d’un an d’expérience
- Vous nourrissez un fort intérêt pour l’agriculture et l’horticulture
- Vous avez confiance en vous, vous êtes doué pour la communication et vous allez là où votre travail vous mène Vous traversez régulièrement la frontière pour vous rendre sur nos sites en Belgique
- Vous souhaitez continuer à progresser
- Vous parlez couramment le français, le néerlandais (si vous habitez en belgique) et l’anglais.
