**About the job**

The Graduate Program is a one-and-a-half-year program in which you will do various projects in our three business units. In total, you do three main projects and three sub-projects, which are assigned to you by our business owners at our sites in the Netherlands, Belgium or France. During these projects, you will be surrounded by a real grad community: your team with whom you will work on the projects, HR for your professional development and your mentor for all your career questions.

Whether you work on ambitious marketing projects, new sales strategies or IT issues, your impact is guaranteed You will make quite of an impact for our 40+ strong brands

**Your profile**

In the Graduate Program, we are looking for people who want to help shape Arvesta's growth story. Ambitious people with a (future) passion for agriculture and horticulture. People who want to build an organisation together and do not shy away from challenges, but grasp them with both hands.

In addition:

- Do you have a degree in bioengineering, industrial engineering, economics, business...
- Are you a recent graduate or have less than one year of experience.
- Do you have a strong interest in the agriculture and horticulture sector.
- Are you self-confident, a good communicator and you go wherever your work takes you. You regularly cross the border to our sites in the Netherlands or France.
- Do you want to keep developing yourself.
- Besides being fluent in Dutch or French & English.
