**Your duties as **SME Sales Office Representative**
You mainly deal with administrative tasks as support for the Account managers and our Business Partners.
- You will perform connectivity checks
- You create order forms for new products and change documents for existing products
- You validate the incoming documents and process them to our delivery colleagues
- You are second line support for the sales teams in case of issues with tools and documents
- You follow up commissioning correction files from our Business Parnters
- You report bottlenecks in process and make proposals to increase efficiency
- You take ownership of your own tasks and reach out to your colleagues when possible
