Als Solution Delivery Lead binnen ons Data & Analytics team speel je een instrumentele rol in de realisatie van deze visie door leiding te geven aan een aantal Agile delivery teams bestaande uit data engineers, data scientists en data analisten die data ontsluiten uit bronsystemen en data & analytics producten opleveren.

Als Solution Delivery Lead zijn dit je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je werkt een roadmap uit voor jouw area die in lijn is met de bedrijfsstrategie en de business strategie van je interne klant en waarmee je de digitale transformatie en prioriteiten van het bedrijf helpt realiseren.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw teams duidelijk ownership nemen van alle producten binnen de betrokken domeinen en dat ze end-to-end verantwoordelijk nemen voor de stabiliteit, beschikbaarheid, performantie en evolutie ervan.
- Je helpt je teams en stuurt je teams aan zodat de scope, de inschatting en de planning van werk correct ingeschat worden. Je let erop dat verandering in prioriteiten correct opgenomen wordt.
- Je zorgt voor reactieve en proactieve monitoring van de situatie in productie, en zorgt ervoor dat je teams binnen de afgesproken service levels de incidenten en problemen oplossen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit centraal staat van start tot einde, en dat de werkmethodes in je teams dat waarborgen.
- Je meet de performantie van je teams aan de hand van metrieken en zorgt voor continue verbetering.
- Je hebt diepgaande ervaring met Agile, en kan je teams hieromtrent coachen en doen groeien.
- Je staat in voor contacten met de klant en met alle andere stakeholders, met name wanneer het gaat over strategische beslissingen.
- Je maakt een inschatting van de risico’s, visibiliteit en kriticiteit van projecten en bespreekt deze op geregelde tijdstippen met je afdelingshoofd.
- Je stelt een OPEX- en CAPEX-budget op dat afgestemd is met de voornaamste stakeholders en met de businessstrategie en prioriteiten van NMBS en beheert deze budgetten als een goede huisvader.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw team optimaal bemand is in functie van de noden, zodat de service delivery en kennisborging en -spreiding gegarandeerd zijn; in geval van conflicterende aanvragen voor projectcapaciteit fungeer jij als escalatiepunt.
- Je stuurt je medewerkers aan en coacht hen, je houdt op geregelde tijdstippen 1-2-1’s, bevordert de onderlinge samenwerking en zorgt in samenwerking met HR voor de nodige opleiding en ontwikkeling.
- Masterdiploma in een IT- of economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een IT-omgeving, waarvan minstens 5 jaar met het aansturen van een team
- Actieve kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Grondige kennis van Project Management en IT-processen
- Je hebt ervaring in het opleveren van Data & Analytics deliverables (bouwen van data platform, ingestion van data assets, reporting, data science, data exploration, AI/ML,)
- Kennis van de Azure data stack is een pluspunt
- Je communiceert en overlegt vlot en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden
- Je denkt strategisch, bent klantgericht en stressbestendig
