**Jouw rol als Senior Functional Analyst**:
- Je staat in voor de end-to-end IT analyse, participeert in het design van de functionele architectuur en bepaalt zo mee de IT oplossing
- Je stemt af met diverse business stakeholders en IT teams
- Je werkt nauw samen met het development team en levert hen een duidelijk gestructureerde analyse aan
- Je volgt de progressie van het development team op
- Je maakt het testdossier op en voert de functionele testen en integratietesten uit
Wat jou een Senior Functional Analist maakt, is dat:
- Je ook SPOC bent voor het FinSource team op het project bij de klant
- Je meewerkt aan kennisdeling door o.a. onze maandelijkse infosessies. Hetzij inhoudelijk, als organisator en/of als presentator
- Je optreedt als coach/vakspecialist voor jouw minder ervaren collega’s en hen laat shinen in wat ze doen
Je werkt bij één klant tegelijkertijd. Onze projecten gaan van 6 maanden tot soms 3 jaar. Je zit dus in een stabiele omgeving waar je echt deel van het team bent. Onze klanten bevinden zich in regio Antwerpen, Gent, Brussel, Leuven en zijn dikwijls ook goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Je werkt gedeeltelijk van bij de klant, de rest van thuis of op kantoor.
**Jouw kennis en ervaring**:
- Je hebt 4 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring als functioneel analist
- Je hebt al in verschillende omgevingen, sectoren, klanten, projecten gewerkt wat maakt dat je snel vertrouwen wint bij de klant en er stáát als Senior
- Je voelt je klaar om jouw opgedane skills in te zetten om anderen mee te ontwikkelen. Zelf sta je ook nooit stil, daar zorgen wij voor door opleiding en coaching
- Je hebt misschien al ervaring in het coachen van andere collega’s of je hebt er in elk geval zin in dat te doen
- Je hebt ervaring met Agile werken
- Je ziet oplossingen en geen problemen
- Je bent vertrouwd met modelleringstechnieken à la BPMN, UML en weet hoe je testscenario’s opstelt en uitwerkt
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands met een zeer sterke kennis van Engels daarbij
