Onsite IT Technician

We are recruiting a Senior IT Technician to solve customer support issues on-site, at our customer's premises in Waterloo. You will be responsible for providing the VIP support for all on-site employees and you will work along a team of skilled and motivated technicians We are looking for an extremely proactive person with a keen interest in technology, who is able to make suggestions for improvements and offer an opinion on new products or services.

**Responsibilities**
- Correctly track incidents and calls timely and accurately
- Provide IT support for Microsoft and Apple operating systems and respond to computer related service and trouble calls.
- (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
- Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions
- Receive and provide required equipment (Install and set up equipment, cables, outlets and all other hardware) IMAC (installs/moves/add/changes)
**Skills and Experience**
- Advanced technical skills across Microsoft and Apple operating systems
- Experienced with Apple Products (MacOS/IpadOS/IOS), proficient in Microsoft Office 2013/2016/Office365 Suite, Teams/Skype/Zoom
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Group Policy Objects
- Understanding of Antivirus Protection Software, and VPN Solutions, Networking configuration and management skills
- Advanced Print Management solution support and knowledge
- Audio visual and conference room tools and technology experience
- Strong sense of customer service, Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills [English]
