**Description du rôle**:
Bien qu’il y ait une certaine liberté dans la définition de votre rôle avec votre Manager en tant que Customer Relationship Specialist, vous pouvez vous attendre à être responsable de:
- Surveillez et analysez quotidiennement la base de données et prenez les mesures appropriées pur en maximiser la valeur tout au long de leur cycle de vie
- Réactivez constamment les joueurs avec des appels, des courriels, des SMS et des discussions en ligne
- Créez et supervisez les stratégies de marketing et de gestion des joueurs
- Collectez les informations en discutant avec les joueurs et transmettez-les à l’équipe responsable
- Répondez rapidement aux questions et résolvez d’éventuels problèmes
- Travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de campagne produit et l’équipe de gestion de la relation client pour garantir une segmentation appropriée des offres promotionnelles et des bonus.
- Etablissez des relations exceptionnelles avec des clients de grande valeur pour leur fournir un service personnalisé et des expériences de jeu sur mesure, pour tous les produits.
- Surveillez les performances de chaque client et veillez à ce que les bonus, les cadeaux et les invitations de représentation soient offerts conformément aux exigences de l’entreprise.
- Agissez en tant que champion Key Account pour les super Key Accounts, en vous assurant que les contacts / enquêtes sont traités en priorité, à la fois individuellement et par tous les départements ou tierces parties
**Profile Recherché**:
- Idéalement un baccalauréat (en économie, marketing,) et avez une première expérience réussie dans un rôle à vocation commerciale (responsable des relations commerciales, directeur des comptes, agent commercial, agent des ventes par téléphone,..) dans un environnement B2C
- Connaissance d’Excel et PowerPoint. Une expérience de travail avec des outils tels que Tableau, CRM ou Salesforce serait un atout.
- Un esprit analytique et une certaine expérience de la segmentation, de l’analyse ou de l’exploitation de données
- D’excellentes compétences en communication en Français et Anglais (écrit et parlé). Connaissance de Néerlandais est un plus.
- Être très axé sur le client et recherchez une opportunité où vous pouvez investir dans l’établissement de relations à long terme avec vos clients
- Capable de fournir des résultats et des services exceptionnels tout en respectant des délais serrés.
- Compétences interpersonnelles fortes et une grande sensibilité

- Être motivé(e), aimez travailler de manière autonome et faites preuve d’initiative, avec une attitude positive accompagnée et de bonnes compétences analytiques.
