**Robert Half** is momenteel op zoek naar een **Talent Acquisition Assistant** (m/v/x) voor een bedrijf gelegen in **Sint-Stevens Woluwe**.

Onze klant is actief in de **financiële sector.**

De **verantwoordelijkheden** voor deze functie als **Talent Acquisition Assistant** zijn:

- Je biedt administratieve en logistieke ondersteuning voor Selectiedagen en/of individuele wervingsprocedures, waaronder het plannen/bevestigen van vergaderingen, het versturen van uitnodigingen en tests, het boeken van vergaderruimten, het opvolgen van feedback;
- Je fungeert als interface en beantwoordt allerlei recruitment gerelateerde vragen van kandidaten, interne opdrachtgevers en leveranciers en waar nodig verwijs je deze door naar de juiste persoon/dienst;
- Je beheert de agenda van het Talent Acquisition-team;
- Je onderhoudt en stelt kandidatendossiers op in de recruitmentdatabase (zowel junior als senior posities);
- Je plaatst en beheert advertenties op jobboards en de website van de klant;
- Je maakt en bewerkt databaserapporten en diverse spreadsheets en documenten;
- Je assisteert bij een soepele onboarding-ervaring voorde nieuwe medewerkers door de juridische HR-documenten te bekijken die vóór de start worden aangevraagd en door ondersteuning te bieden bij verdere onboarding-taken in Workday, de HR-tool;
- Je waarborgt datakwaliteit door frequente controles uit te voeren, rapportages te analyseren en waar nodig bij te sturen;
- Je ondersteunt bij het onderhouden van de HR-kennisbank.

De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie als **Talent Acquisition Assistant** zijn:

- Je beschikt over een bachelor in Office Management/Human Resources of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol;
- Je hebt affiniteit met HR en administratie;
- Je communiceert vloeiend in het Engels, liefst ook in het Nederlands en/of Frans;
- Ervaring met HR-software is een plus (Workday, Eblox);
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en sterke administratieve vaardigheden;
- Je hebt het vermogen om gevoelige informatie vertrouwelijk te houden;
- Je bent leergierig in een dynamische, constant veranderende omgeving;
- Je bent een echte teamplayer.
