**Jouw nieuwe werkgever**:

**Jouw rol**:
In deze job sta je in voor het in kaart brengen, analyseren en optimaliseren van de huidige bedrijfsprocessen en bijhorende procedures. Je staat zo met alle afdelingen in contact gezien dit vaak overkoepelende projecten zijn.
- Je beheert de volledige project flow: opstart, budgetbeheer, rapportering alsook implementatie
- Je bent een centraal figuur binnen de firma en brengt anderen samen in het uitwerken van projecten
- Deze rol is sterk analytisch waarbij je dagelijks nodige data analyseert/samenbrengt en opvraagt bij verschillende partijen

**Je profiel**:

- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma
- Een (eerste) sterke ervaring binnen Continuous Improvement is noodzakelijk
- Interesse voor de voedingswereld en ervaring in een productieomgeving is een must
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld & denkt graag na over verbeteringen
- Je werkt graag in een sturende rol
- Duidelijke, maar professionele communicatie is in deze rol zeer belangrijk
