**About the role**:
As the ISO Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for working on various aspects of ISO certification and compliance within our organization. Your role will involve coordinating certification processes, conducting compliance audits, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our operations align with ISO standards. Your expertise in ISO standards and compliance will contribute to our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ISO Certification Coordination:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement ISO certification processes in alignment with relevant ISO standards.
- Assist in preparing for external audits and assessments, ensuring successful ISO certification and re-certification.
- Compliance Audits:

- Participate in conducting regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze audit findings and work with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support monitoring the progress and effectiveness of corrective actions for ongoing compliance improvement.
- ISO Documentation and Training:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of ISO-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Assist in providing training and awareness sessions to employees to enhance understanding of ISO standards and compliance.
- Collaboration with DPO:

- Collaborate closely with the Data Protection Officer to ensure alignment between ISO compliance and data protection requirements.
- Leverage combined expertise to drive a holistic approach to compliance across relevant areas.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay informed about updates to ISO standards and regulatory requirements, suggesting adjustments to compliance strategies as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices related to ISO compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Information Security, Business) is required;
- additional certifications in data protection and privacy (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in ISO certifications, compliance management, and data protection in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Strong understanding of information security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Familiarity with audit processes, regulatory requirements, and external certification assessments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.Experience in at least one of the following standards is preferred: ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000, Tisax, ISAE 3402.
- Strong affinity with information technology and software development, demonstrating an understanding of relevant challenges and needs.
