**Job description**
We are looking for a _Regulatory Affairs Specialist_ to analyse, prepare and submit registrations for regulatory compliance of our products, follow up on these compliance processes and contribute to successful launches of our products.
**Your Role**
- You prepare and submit requests for registration of our products (poison center notifications, national product registrations and ecolabel-registrations).
- You check compliance of international regulatory requirements and ensure market access of our products.
- You are responsible for checking the consistency and completeness of all required documents in compliance with the relevant legislations.
- You communicate with our different departments, affiliates, and suppliers for gathering and providing the necessary information and documentation.
- You keep track on updates and new requirements of ecolabels and other national registration requirements.
- You go through regulatory data, check the information, report any issues and suggest solutions.
- You support your colleagues in the regulatory affairs team in a variety of regulatory inquiries.
**Profile**
- You have a Master’s degree in science and a first experience in a similar role.
- You are passionate about and familiar with compliance, REACH, national product registers (worldwide), ecolabels (e.g. Nordic Swan) and other chemical regulatory requirements.
- You are administratively accurate, well organized and detail minded.
- You are a problem solver, have strong analytical skills and a critical/pro-active mindset.
- You are stress resistant and able to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PwP), SAP is plus.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
