**Description**
- Your main task is the operational management of the Stock Financing activity in the tool implemented for this purpose. This includes following up financings, payments, stock controls and incidents on a daily basis and calculating pricing on a quarterly basis (for about 150 dealers);
- To coordinate the daily tasks related to stock financing you communicate actively with the other services involved (Internal Sales Wheels, Accounting, Risk, IT);
- You provide reports on the activity to our internal departments and external partners;
- You assist in the development of the tool and ensure the correction of bugs. For this you are in close contact with our shared service center in Madrid;
- You are backup to the Stock Finance Middle-officer for the introduction of credit revisions, credit increases or new credit lines. For this, you are in close contact with both external partners (garages and importers) and the internal Risk and Compliance departments. You monitor the expiration dates of existing credit lines and new credit requests and coordinate the analyses together with the Risk department;
- You report to the Stock Finance manager.
**Profile**
- Experience in finance or auto distribution is an asset;
- You hold a Bachelor or Master degree;
- You have a very good knowledge of French and Dutch both oral and written and have a good knowledge of English;
- You are a team player and a good communicator;
- You like administration and work in an orderly and organized manner;
- You are commercially minded and stress resistant;
- You are enterprising and can work independently.
