**Summary**:
As Finance & HR Manager, you will be responsible for 5 employees, including 3 accounts payable, 1 cashier, and 1 HR assistant.
You will be ultimately responsible for the finance department, with the following tasks:
- Cash control
- Invoicing
- ** Budgets + forecasts**:
- ** Financial decisions** on new investments/credits
- Insurance
- ** Monthly closing + reporting to head office**:
- Monthly VAT returns + Intracomm + Intrastat + Customer list
- ** Annual closing at 30/06**:
- Management of PWC audit
- ** Preparation of annual accounts + reports**:
- Corporation tax return
- Annual reporting to CPBW
- Administrative follow-up of permanent inventory
- ** Day-to-day accounting tasks**
As HR Manager, you will also be responsible for the HR department.
- ** Day-to-day administration**:
- Monthly **payroll** processing for +/- 75 members of staff, in collaboration with the social secretariat
- Contact for **temporary offices**:
- Point of contact for all **legal issues**
**Profile**:
- At least a degree in accounting, economics, or another financial field.
- At least **5 years of experience in this role**:
- ** Fluently bilingual** (FR/NL), English a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication and management skills
- Attention to detail
- ** Respect for deadlines**, dynamic
- Confident
- MS Office, D365
