Droom jij ervan om achter het stuur van een grote vrachtwagen te kruipen, maar heb je nog niet het juiste rijbewijs? Dan is het IBO-traject voor Truck Driver iets voor jou. Wij zorgen ervoor dat jij je rijbewijs C behaalt, en nadien ook het rijbewijs CE. Vanaf dan is het genieten van de vrijheid on the road En op het einde van de werkdag slaap je gewoon lekker in je eigen bed, want je rijdt nooit ver van huis.
**Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je rijdt volgens een vastgelegd rittenschema naar de verschillende sorteercentra, de postkantoren en klanten
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het laden en lossen van de vrachtwagen
- Je doet samen met je collega's ook taken in het transportmagazijn en op de kades.
**Over de opleiding**
Tijdens jouw IBO opleiding krijg je rijlessen van ervaren lesgevers, om je helemaal klaar te stomen voor de praktische rij-examens. Om te starten met IBO is het belangrijk dat je vooraf slaagt voor het theorie-examen C. Dit kan je zelfstandig studeren via theorieboeken of online tools. We kunnen je hierbij op weg helpen na je sollicitatie.
Hou er rekening mee dat de volledige opleiding enkele maanden kan duren. Met jouw inzet en motivatie en onze ondersteuning, maken we er samen een succes van. Tijdens de opleiding ontvang je bovendien een IBO-premie van € 800 per maand, bovenop je werkloosheidsuitkering. Nadat je slaagt, ontvang je een contract bij bpost.
**Profiel**
- Je bent 18 jaar of ouder
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B
- Je bent ingeschreven als werkzoekende bij VDAB
- Je hebt nog niet bij bpost gewerkt (tenzij kort als interim of jobstudent)
- Je bent bereid om zelfstandig je theorie-attest C te behalen
- Je wil op korte termijn een rijbewijs C en CE halen bij bpost
- Je respecteert de verkeersregels en veiligheidsrichtlijnen
- Je kan fysiek zwaar werk verrichten
- Je ziet het zitten om in shiften te werken
- Je kan een blanco strafblad voorleggen
**Ons aanbod**

- Jaarlijkse bonus op basis van de bedrijfsresultaten
- Een job in je eigen regio: je slaapt dus in je eigen bed
- 20 betaalde en 3 extralegale vakantiedagen
- Tal van loopbaanmogelijkheden en een ruim opleidingsaanbod (bpost geeft je bijvoorbeeld de kans om je diploma secundair onderwijs te behalen, mocht je daar nog niet over beschikken)
