**Jobomschrijving**:
As an Information Security Specialist, you will help shape information security
strategy, which is based on a risk management approach and takes into account the
organization, threats and trends in information security. You will participate in
initiating, coordinating and supervising the implementation of information security
for. In addition, you will ensure a level of information security that is consistent with
the bank's risk. Internal and external stakeholders consider you an expert in
information security.
We are looking for an Information Security Officer to join the operational risk
management team. It is a small team that reports to the operational risk manager.
Your main responsibilities:
Risk management is based on a three-line model in which the business is responsible
for all risks in its areas of activity and must ensure effective controls. As part of the
second line of defence, the operational risk management team plays an important
role in identifying, measuring, evaluating and reporting the impact of (potential)
adverse operational events, and in thinking about how to avoid such situations.
- Monitor information security risk appetite (as defined by the Board of Directors).
- Based on a set of relevant key risk indicators (KITs), develop and maintain a
dashboard that provides an overview of the bank's information security and how risks
are managed.
- Coordinate the identification, measurement, evaluation, monitoring, reporting, control
and mitigation of current and future information security risks.
- Analyze the information security aspect when the bank launches new products and
services.
- Lead or monitor projects as part of the improvement of information security processes.
- Ensure that information security policies and regulations are applied consistently
across the bank.
- Organize penetration tests, and follow up on recommendations and/or areas for
improvement.
- Develop and monitor the periodic certification of online information security training
for bank staff.
- Ensure adequate staff awareness of information security.
- Ensure timely reporting to the NBB in the event of a PSD2 incident.
- Liaise between the bank and Euro-Information, our IT service provider, and with
Crédit Mutuel Alliance Federal, our main shareholder, for matters relating to
information security
**Jouw profiel**:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Additional training in the field of IT (risk) or equivalent experience, making our ideal
information security (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, DORA, ICT Risk EBA Guidelines)
- In-depth knowledge of retail banking operations
- Good communication skills in both national languages, both written and oral
- You are a team player but you can also work independently
- Strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Resistant to stress
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Good command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
