**HR Payroll & Administrative Assistant**_ _**
**MISSION**
Le/La HR Payroll & Administrative Assistant est en charge de la préparation de l’administration des rémunérations
des collaborateurs/rices et de diverses tâches liées au payroll.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Point de contact interne concernant toutes les questions des collaborateurs/trices relatives au calcul de
leur rémunération et les procédures y afférant ;
- Préparation du calcul des salaires ;
- Suivi administratif des dossiers du personnel (contrats, congés, absences, visites médicales, accidents de
travail ), ainsi que des courriers et communications au personnel ;
- Gestion des assurances du personnel, des chèques repas, des factures et contacts avec les fournisseurs ;
- Suivi des dossiers médicaux avec la société d’assurance ;
- Suivi des révisions annuelles de classification, de l’indexation et des avantages sociaux ;
- Aide au reporting mensuel, suivi des audits, simulations salariales, etc.
**PROFIL**
- Bachelier en administration RH, comptabilité, droit ou équivalent par expérience ;
- Quelques années d’expérience au sein d’une équipe payroll;
- Expérience de eBlox de SD Worx est un atout ;
- Être rigoureux/se, avoir le sens des responsabilités et pouvoir respecter un échéancier ;
- Aimer les chiffres mais aussi les contacts humains tout en restant discret-e ;
- Avoir de bonnes compétences en communication, en particulier à l’écrit ;
- Capable de s’intégrer dans une petite équipe;
- Maîtriser le français ou le néerlandais et avoir une bonne connaissance de l’autre langue ou être prêt-e à
l’améliorer ;
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Office 365 (Excel en particulier) et des outils modernes de
communication ;
- Partager les principes de Caritas International et opter consciemment pour un environnement de travail
multiculturel.
