Carrefour België is één van de meest toonaangevende retailers in België met verschillende winkelformaten en -concepten: Carrefour Hypermarkten, Carrefour Market en Carrefour Express.
Dankzij onze innovatieve Smart Way of Working aanpak is het mogelijk om deels vanuit je huis/woonplaats in België te werken.
**ROL**
- De UI/UX Designer helpt de UI/UX Manager bij het creëren en implementeren van de creatieve ontwerpstrategie en zorgt tegelijkertijd voor een consistente klantreis.
- Hij/zij zal werken aan het ontwerp van web & mobiele ontwerpen voor de verschillende diensten die Carrefour aanbiedt.
- Hij/zij definieert de grafische elementen en interacties voor de verschillende Carrefour-sites en -apps en zorgt voor consistentie tussen beide om een optimale ervaring voor de klant te bieden.
- Hij/zij creëert ontwerpen op basis van een gedefinieerd charter om consistentie te behouden in alle Carrefour-sites en -tools, zodat klanten gemakkelijk door het universum van het merk kunnen navigeren.
- Hij/zij denkt na over de gebruikerservaring bij het ontwikkelen van ontwerpen door de voorkeur te geven aan gebruikersgericht ontwerp en door ontwerpdenken over te nemen.
- Hij/zij analyseert product releases om ervoor te zorgen dat de ontwerpen en richtlijnen die door de ontwerper zijn ontwikkeld, worden nageleefd.
- Hij/zij zal UX/UI-bugs rapporteren die op de verschillende platformen zijn aangetroffen en hun evolutie opvolgen.
**CAPABILITEITEN**
- De UX & UI Designer is in staat om designs, wireframes, interaction designs, processflows & sitemap te ontwerpen.
- Hij/zij is in staat om gedocumenteerde en nauwkeurige ontwerpen te leveren in verschillende resoluties om na te denken over desktop-, tablet
- en mobiele formaten.
- Hij/zij is in staat zijn kennis in UX en UI samen te voegen zodat de ontwerpen intuïtief, functioneel en aangepast zijn aan alle media.
**BACKGROUND & VAARDIGHEDEN**
- Diploma in design, UX, UI, communicatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Min 3+ jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Beheersing van de Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, xd), Wireframing tools & AB testing
- Goede kennis van HTML, CSS
- Klant centraal & Google-minded
- Kritische geest, ordelijk en met bijzondere aandacht voor details
- Probleemoplosser & in staat om zichzelf in vraag te stellen en kritiek te accepteren
- Grote organisatorische vaardigheden & weerstand tegen stress
- Interesse in e-commerce en de wens om te leren
- Onafhankelijk zijn terwijl je samenwerkt met andere afdelingen & collega's
- Tweetalig FR of NL met goede kennis van het Engels om gemakkelijk te kunnen communiceren met andere belanghebbenden (mondeling & schriftelijk)
