**Poste**:
**Als Human Capital "Business Analysis, Process Design & Learning" Coordinator rapporteer je aan de Human Capital Business Partner en ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken**:

- Business Analysis & Process Design:

- De kwaliteit van de gegevens van onze HR-tools waarborgen
- HR-tools en gerelateerde processen implementeren en verbeteren
- De nodige informatie verzamelen en functionele vereisten van HR-tools-gebruikers documenteren alsook passende en realistische oplossingen voorstellen
- De verwachtingen van de HR-afdeling afstemmen met de IT-afdeling
- Ervoor zorgen dat processen worden geprogrammeerd en bijgewerkt, en mogelijkheden voor de ontwikkeling van de HR-tool opvolgen
- Het aanspreekpunt voor alle technische aspecten met betrekking tot één of meer modules van de HR-tools
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de communicatie over de belangrijkste fasen van het jaarproces m.b.t. onze tool ISHR (MyTalent)
- Opvolgen van recurrente rapportering en helpen bij de ontwikkeling van oplossingen om de consistentie ervan te verzekeren
- Definiëren en valideren van processen gekoppeld aan HR-tools met de nodige detail en cross-functionaliteit om het succes ervan te garanderen
- De nodige documentatie inzake HR-processen en -tools voorbereiden en bijhouden
- Verantwoordelijk voor de MyTalent-helpdesk
- Learning:

- Een actuele, gedetailleerde en voor de medewerkers toegankelijke opleidingscatalogus analyseren, uitwerken en bijhouden
- Fungeren als contactpersoon voor medewerkers, management en externe instanties voor alle opleidingsbehoeften
- Interne en/of externe opleidingen met opleiders/organisaties plannen en opvolgen (bevestiging, aanwezigheden, annuleringen, evaluaties, certificaten enz.)
- De uitvoering van de certificatieprocessen die van essentieel belang zijn voor de organisatie permanent beheren en de nodige acties opvolgen
- Lopende en toekomstige subsidieaanvragen en -dossiers beheren
- Op basis van informatie van Finance en facturen de ontvangen subsidies consolideren voor een optimale opvolging door de Business/Manager
- Evoluties opvolgen met het oog op een doeltreffend en optimaal subsidiebeheer
- De jaarlijkse sociale balans opstellen en valideren
- Ervoor zorgen dat de opleidingsgerelateerde gegevens beschikbaar zijn voor analyse (operationele opleidingsverslagen/jaarlijkse opleidingsplannen, analyse van de financiële gevolgen van opleidingen, analyse van opleidingsevaluaties, opvolging van het opleidingsbudget,...)
- De nodige verzoeken en voorbereidingen bij (interne/externe) audits beheren

**Profil**:
**Je talenten en je achtergrond?**
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, servicegericht en zelfstandig kunnen werken om in team aan grote projecten deel te nemen
- Proactief, georganiseerd, leergierig, diplomatiek, discreet en punctueel
- Goede kennis van beide landstalen (FR/NL), zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Grondige kennis van Outlook, Excel, Word en Powerpoint
- Een korte opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
