**The team, position & mission**:
**Your key areas of responsibility as Faction Lead Business Process Applications**:

- Mentoring and managing a team of about 10-15 consultants.
- Building a team spirit by organizing team activities, proactive individual follow-up and other ad hoc activities.
- Fostering a positive team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence
- Contributing to the development of your team by recruiting new resources
- Defining training plans and ensuring skills and capabilities are aligned with the company objectives and market evolution in collaboration with Chapter’s Knowledge Manager
- Ensuring deployment of the faction strategy to operate with a focus on capabilities per sector and business lines
- Proactively managing and optimizing staffing, taking into account company performance but also individual ambitions and development plans
- Identifying strengths and weaknesses of your consultants to provide them with guidance and motivation.
- Leading a team of talented developers and functional analysts to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of project objectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business need and possibility to implement them into the platform
- Providing guidance on the selection of appropriate technologies to meet project requirements
- Setting up and overseeing the delivery of project activities and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Providing and developing a generic way of working vision within the team. This vision should be formalized with generic process and tools which could be reused on multiple projects.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fields
- At least 3 years proven people management experience
- Proven experience about leading workshop and managing initiation of project.
- Through understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (Agile certification)
- Capable of driving projects, lead workshops to efficiently translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Relevant experience with Telephony integration /Power page/Power Virtual Agent/Omnichannel is a plus
- Relevant experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM is a must (Microsoft Certified)
- Knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements as well as best practices in one of our target sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
