Digital Services Europe (DSE) is a newly created division within Orange Business and is an organization of approximately 1500 people distributed across 10 countries, with each entity having its own P&L.

DSE is an IT Consulting and Managed Services provider teaming up with customers across Europe. As an agile and fast-moving digital business partner, DSE offers trusted end-to-end solutions and products that help businesses transform their operations, enhance customer experience, and drive true growth.

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic management team, to lead and transform the financial operations across Europe.

**Your key missions**:
As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in defining the financial roadmap of DSE, leading a multicultural team spread across several European countries, and ensuring alignment with Orange Business as well as internal stakeholders. You will proactively work with aligning processes across the different entities, identifying synergies and opportunities to simply the operating model. You will report to the Group Finance Director at Orange Business International, with a dotted line to the CEO of DSE and be part of the DSE Management Board.

**Your key areas of responsibility**:

- Financial Leadership: Be a strategic financial partner to the CEO and the DSE Management Board, providing critical insights and recommendations to drive the financial success of the organization.
- Finance Strategy: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, aligning with the overall business objectives.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for DSE, working closely with internal stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with Orange Business.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Overall responsible for financial reporting and analysis within DSE, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Lead a multicultural finance team across several countries, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Organization Transformation: Drive organizational transformation initiatives within the finance function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with other members of the management board and stakeholders within Orange Business, including Division Head of Tax & Legal, as well as the Division Chief Accounting Officer, to drive cross-functional initiatives to achieve company-wide goals.
- Preparation of Boards plus manage relationships with external auditors.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the long term financial stability of the company.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record in a senior financial leadership role.
- Experience leading multicultural teams in an international environment.
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and compliance requirements across Europe.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Regular travel is expected.

**It's not a requirement but it's nice if you also have**:

- Experience in organizational transformation and change management.
- Experience in IT consultancy / IT services industry, or a related field.
- Fluency in multiple European languages.
