Orange Cyberdefense / Global Operations offers tailored Managed Services Projects delivery and Consultancy through its Onboarding Belgium entity. Onboarding BE operates ‘around-the clock’ with offices in Brussels, Belgium (Headquarters), Malaysia, Egypt and USA. This Entity leverages a long experience dating back from 1994 and provides tailored premium grade services of Security solutions to multinational companies.

The services we offer are mainly focused on - but not limited to - Security equipment such as Firewalls and Security infrastructure (AV, AS, IPS), SIEM Monitoring and solution development, Proxy / Reverse Proxy, URL filtering, Content Scanning, Access Control

**Working as a Onboarding Team Manager**:
The Orange Cyberdefence / Global Operations / Onboarding team Manager Belgium is responsible of a Professional Service Team where 2 main functions are performed:
1) Design, build and hand over new customized security solutions to Global Operations/Global SOC. This is performed by a large team of 17 Security Architects and Engineers.

2) As internal support to the above, perform resource management, workload planning, financial follow-up. This is performed by a small team of 4 Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

**Responsibilities**
- Stimulates the collective intelligence, bring everyone’s talents out and valorize them, facilitate the team efforts to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Makes his team contribute to the group and entity strategy, help define and implement it.
- Ensure the financial performance and positive contribution of his team to the Group objectives.
- Is able to take a role in governance bodies (Steercos internal or external) and interact at all Levels in customer organizations as well as internally.
- Manages highly complex situations (multicultural, multi locations environment, highly skilled people, highly impacting projects from a business and financial point of view )
- Ensure his teams abides by the Group Compliance and the Entity Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO27001 )
- Ensures the team has all the ressources necessary for the tasks at hand and has received the training or personal development necessary.
- Conducts performance reviews, provides feedback, praises when needed.

Reports on Performance Indicator and is able to explain and analyze them.

The Team Manager must have a passion about IT and a broad view on today's IT world, which is certainly not limited to IT security alone. This goes along with enthusiasm about people.
- Minimal a bachelor degree in an IT oriented field or equivalent by experience.
- 10 plus years of business experience, including at least 5 years of Telecommunications/IT experience for large global companies, working in an international environment and /or experience in general program/project management, service delivery management, business unit management.
- Fluent English is mandatory
- High level knowledge of vendor products is a plus: Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper. Some required technologies (not limited to): NGFW, routing, IPS/IDS, SIEM, IAM, Proxy
- Must have: Leadership, people skills, ability to delegate, analytical mind, ability to resolve conflicts, high level technical understanding, good time management, an organized mindset, rigorous and ambitious, team player, able to report and to work under pressure, good communication skills, customer orientation and flexible approach, able to Manage Complexity.

Nice to have: project management, procedures/process improvement, good understanding of financials principles,
