**Responsibilities**:
- Technical OnboardingOnboarding guidance: Lead partners through the entire integration process on the Decathlon Marketplace, ensuring they can list their products smoothly and effectively.-
- Technical support: Provide expert technical assistance on integrating partner systems (e.g., via APIs, data management tools) and resolving any technical issues that arise.-
- Process improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and collaborate with the internal teams to implement solutions that enhance partner experience.-
Account Management & GrowthPartner growth strategy: Work closely with sellers to understand their business goals and provide actionable insights on how they can grow their sales on the platform.-
- Expansion across markets: Help sellers replicate their success by expanding to multiple countries within the Decathlon Marketplace.-
- Data-driven recommendations: Use performance data to monitor partner activity, identify opportunities for growth, and recommend best practices.-
Collaboration & Strategic ProjectsCross-functional collaboration: Work with internal teams such as product management, marketing, and operations to streamline processes and deliver a seamless experience for partners.-
- Innovation and improvement: Actively participate in discussions to improve the platform’s capabilities, focusing on simplifying onboarding, improving partner satisfaction, and reducing friction points for sellers.- Bilingual in Dutch-English (French, Spanish, Italian, German are a plus).- Strong technical understanding, with experience in using APIs, data management tools, and platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk and Postman- Proven experience in a marketplace or e-commerce or SaaS environment, specifically in onboarding or partner management roles.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for partners.- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
- Passion for sports is a plus, aligning with Decathlon’s core mission to make sports accessible to all.
