**The team, position & mission**:
**Your key areas of responsibility as an IT Operations Manager:
**Team Leadership:
- **Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.**
- **Provide guidance for professional development, performance management, and goal-setting.**
**Infrastructure Management**:
- **Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Orange Business Digital Services' IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.**
- **Manage hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems to meet organizational needs.**
**Operational Efficiency**:
- **Develop and implement strategies to optimize IT operations, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.**
- **Proactively monitor system performance and address issues to minimize downtime.**
**Security and Compliance**:
- **Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard Orange Business Digital Services' information assets.**
- **Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards through regular audits and assessments.**
**Vendor Management**:
- **Collaborate with vendors to procure necessary IT equipment and services, negotiating contracts and agreements.**
- **Evaluate and select third-party solutions aligning with Orange Business Digital Services' goals and objectives.
**Budget Management:
- **Develop and manage the IT budget, effectively allocating resources and tracking expenses.**
- **Identify opportunities for cost-saving and implement strategies to optimize IT spending.
- **A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.**
- **Proven experience (15+ years) in IT management, with a focus on transformation of operations and infrastructure.**
- **A strong technical background in systems administration, network management, and cybersecurity.**
- **Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams based in different locations through Europe.**
- **Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
