**Your key areas of responsibility as an IT Operations Manager**:
**Team Leadership**:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide guidance for professional development, performance management, and goal-setting.
**Infrastructure Management**:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Orange Business Digital Services' IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Manage hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems to meet organizational needs.
**Operational Efficiency**:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize IT operations, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Proactively monitor system performance and address issues to minimize downtime.
**Security and Compliance**:
- Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard Orange Business Digital Services' information assets.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards through regular audits and assessments.
**Vendor Management**:
- Collaborate with vendors to procure necessary IT equipment and services, negotiating contracts and agreements. Evaluate and select third-party solutions aligning with Orange Business Digital Services' goals and objectives.

**Budget Management**:
- Develop and manage the IT budget, effectively allocating resources and tracking expenses.
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving and implement strategies to optimize IT spending.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (15+ years) in IT management, with a focus on transformation of operations and infrastructure.
- A strong technical background in systems administration, network management, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams based in different locations through Europe.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
