Operations Leader Facility Management

**De functie**:
Als Operations Leader rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Operations Manager en omvat jouw takenpakket:
- Beheer van klanten en projecten met aandacht voor commerciële, technische en organisatorische aspecten
- Opbouwen van een bevoorrechte relatie met klanten, waarbij je voortdurend inspeelt op hun behoeften
- Garanderen van het zakencijfer en de rendabiliteit van de site volgens de vastgestelde doelen door de Operations Manager. Strikte opvolging van de voortgang van projecten
- Beheren van het arbeiderspersoneel in samenwerking met de klant, waaronder werving, opleiding, procesoptimalisatie, vakmanschap, innovatie, vervangingen en het handhaven van een goede teamspirit
- Onderhandelen van contracten, opstellen van offertes, plannen en beheren van projecten, onderhouden van klantrelaties, uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en voorbereiden van facturatie
- Initiëren van optimalisaties voor producten en materiaal om de productiviteit te verhogen
**Profil**:
- Je bent drietalig (NL/FR/ENG)
- Je bent een dynamische en innovatieve teamspeler met een hogere niet-universitaire opleiding en aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring in de facilitaire diensten.
- Je beschikt over organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Onderhandelingstalent, ondernemingszin, nauwkeurigheid en stressbestendigheid zijn essentiële competenties.
- Je kunt kostprijsinschattingen maken en combineert resultaatgerichtheid met flexibiliteit en proactiviteit.
